These classes are all about you - Lifting your mood + increasing body movement.
Sessions to connect mind + body, using the breath as the bridge, but don't be fooled these classes transition to a strong practice drawing on your physical and mental strength, increasing flexibility in both the body and mind.
Gratitude, a daily practice I swear by. My legacy is to inspire + increase your health + happiness. I'd be cheating you if I didn't share this "antidote to life" with you - I guarantee it will powerfully change the direction of your day in a positive way.
It doesn't matter if you can touch your toes or not, I can promise you happiness isn't found at your feet, it's found in your heart.
