What if I don’t have any yoga experience?
No worries, these sessions are created for everyone, no yoga experience needed.
 
Can I attend if I’m pregnant?
Absolutely, we had pregnant ladies join us last year for the practice and this year Twyla herself is expecting. Just make sure you get in touch before booking so we can make sure this will be suitable for you and your pregnancy.
 
Why is it women only?
We wish to create a safe space for women to come, connect and learn about their bodies. Also when it comes to women and men's reproductive systems, they are more than a little different. These sessions are based on female anatomy and cycles, so wouldn't translate for men.
 
What do I wear?
Dress comfortably. Please wear something you can move and breathe freely in.
 
What do I need to bring?
Just yourself and an open heart and mind. We will supply mats and yoga props. You might like to bring a drink bottle and something warm to pop on in savasana. 
Will you do the Body Systems Series again?
We would love to do it again, however, it wouldn’t be until next year so if you’re interested we recommend you sign up now.
