Return & Refund Policy


At the moment we only accept returns and issue refunds on the follow: 

  • Broken/ Damaged items - A picture must be sent to lifestyleproductsbyjo@gmail.com, when you receive the package.
  • Incorrect items sent in order.


 

In the future we do have plans to update our return policy, however at the moment all candles are made in small batches and birthday boxes are made to order. Memberships are NON-REFUNDABLE.
